Echo Show 5

My family is scattered all throughout the United States and really the world so having to connect with them virtually is nothing new for us but I know for a lot of people it is because 2020.

This is a great option for parents and grandparents alike to help us stay connected because who knows how much longer we will be doing Zoom calls for family get together’s and if you are like me then it won’t end when the pandemic does so this is definitely something to consider!

Dragon Master’s Book Series

Last year we started a 4 gift gift-giving policy to our kids because well, a lot of reasons like 5 kids, debt pay off goals, and when we do more, most of the excess gifts ended up in the trash pile or not interested pile. It worked really nicely for us last year so we are doing it again this year!
For those not familiar the 4 gift categories are: something they want, something they need, something to wear, something to read.
I always struggle with the “read” category because I really don’t know what is hip these days for kids but thanks to the school library I’ve been watching what my kids check out and my 7 year old son has been digging this series!
If you aren’t ready to commit, they come in little bundles of four:

Books 1-4
Books 5-8

Books 9-12

And if you are ‘balls to the walls let’s do this’:
Books 1-14

Bug-A-Salt

For the husbands and grandpas…
This little ditty is our favorite home tool in the warmer months and my husband gets such a kick out of it as do all of us and it also works like a freaking charm so all I can say is hashtag worth it.
