Sometimes- okay a lot of times- I see beautiful women with curves in all the right places and I think “maybe I should try harder to look like that” and then I remember that I did try hard to look like that and while I had a “she didn’t let herself go” figure, I had an incredibly sick mind and of course there are strong, healthy, healing women living in beautifully thin-toned-curves-in-all-the-right-places bodies, but my body isn’t that.
It’s simply THIS.

She’s fluffy, she’s saggy, she’s wide.
She’s strong, she’s healthy, she’s healing.
She’s okay.
All I’m trying to say is don’t fight your body.
Let her take up space.
Let her be.
Love her as is.
Take good care of her from the inside out.
It doesn’t matter if the world “approves” of you- it matters that you do. ❤️🩹
If you like what you’ve read, I wrote a book!
